Recipe for the Ladies

2 parts raspberry leaf
2 parts pennyroyal HERB (NOT the oil!)
1 part dried lavender flowers
1 part catnip
1 part bay leaf

Combine the ingredients with water in a pan.  Bring to boil and then let steep for 15 minutes.  You can add honey for a better flavor.
